audiohush provides exclusive, royalty-free ghost productions and related digital products. Each track is sold only once and transferred with full commercial rights.

2. Purchases & Licensing

• All purchases are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not possible once the download link is delivered.
• Each buyer receives an exclusive license certificate granting full rights of use, distribution, and monetization.
• Resale or redistribution of our files in raw form (stems, project files) is prohibited.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in EUR and may include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or Shopify Checkout.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including branding, images, and text on audiohush.com, remains property of audiohush and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

audiohush is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. All products are provided “as is.”

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be settled in accordance with German jurisdiction.
